A former employee shared his experience in a review about Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company: ¨ You can be 90 percent of what they are looking for and they will still fabricate a way to get rid of you. Most of the management doesn't have what it takes to lead and develop employees, so they bully and micromanage. The open door policy is a joke. Constantly changing expectations and inadequate training. Upon resignation, prepare to have your pension disappear entirely, your 401 K will be heavily drained as well. I was also billed a supposed past due amount and threatened with collections despite making payments even though I didn't owe them¨
